Founded by Jennifer and Ken Messina, JKM Services LLC was born out of a commitment to transparency in the indoor air quality industry. Having previously served as insurance fraud investigators, Jennifer and Ken witnessed firsthand the predatory practices and misinformation used by unscrupulous contractors to exploit homeowner fears.

Since 1996, we have worked to counter those industry stigmas by prioritizing honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We believe that informed customers make the best decisions; that is why our assessments focus on identifying root causes and providing detailed, actionable plans.
